The new model, while keeping the very attractive design, features strokes of 1200 mm for the longitudinal axis, 620 mm for the transverse axis and 620 mm for the vertical axis. After the introduction of the GT1600 and GT2000 models two years ago, C.B.Ferrari has decided to expand the range of advanced high-speed and precision mobile-column centers with the new GT1200<\/strong> model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Its precision and the high dynamics of the work movements make it particularly suitable for the sector of molds & dies, precision mechanics and processes that require high accuracy with high degrees of surface finish.
The GT1200 can be configured with 3, 4 or 5 continuous axes. In the 5-axis version, there is a TORQUE rotating table with a 630mm diameter platform, embedded in a shaped half-table with dimensions 700×700 mm, so that the work surface is perfectly on the same plane, to allow you to easily perform the process of long pieces with 3 or 4 axes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
9000 RPM 31\/42 Kw – 130\/175 Nm, or 16,000 RPM 33 kW – 105\/140 Nm of torque, or at 20,000 RPM 28 kW – 63\/83 Nm.
You can choose between two tool magazines, the simpler moving wheel type with 24 tools or chain type with an exchange arm with 60 tools.
