C.B.Ferrari s.a.s. was established the 1st of september 1966 by Mr. Renato Bianchi and Mr. Giuseppe Ferrari as technical members and Mr. Augusto Caravati as financial member.

Bianchi and Ferrari decided to start a company to build milling machines, so they took up the technical direction.

Machine production and sale begun in the same 1966

Their first machines were small standard machines.

Serie "M" machines, equipped with DC motors and suited to build punches, moulds, small serie production of complex and repetitive workpieces.

Since the first years, to C.B. Ferrari was clear the importance to be present to the main exhibitions to publicize its production.

In 1975, due to the growing activity, C.B. Ferrari moved its headquarters to a bigger site in Via Stazione, 116, near the old one.

In 1977 C.B. Ferrari s.a.s. became a s.p.a. company.

In 1986, C.B. Ferrari absorbed a company near Modena. This company became C.B.Ferrari s.r.l. and is dedicated to the manufacturing of  small machines (A13, A15, B13, B15), robots and special devices.
